Trading the Chaos Unlimited method during 7-10 GMT only.
I will be posting daily results here.
The theory is based on the idea that short-term market movements are not based on fundamental price parity, note that in the long-term this is in fact the case.
Therefore short-term market movement occurs mostly due to sentiment and momentum. The difficulty here lies in the amount of chaos/noise within the market.
We can fully agree that the market is chaotic and invariably full of noise.
However out of the chaos there are moments that the perceived random noise gives way to a single linear trend.
The method then is to find linearity in a non-linear market.

Sold GBPUSD at 1.9560 -- Exited 1.9528 to capture +32 Pips.
Easy Monday morning sell off on the GBPUSD. Indicators helped stalk it on the sell side early enough. I was waiting for the volatility trigger to let me know that it was taking off enough for the momentum to carry the rest of the trade out and it did for a good 40 pips or so. Not being greedy I grabbed my 32 pips and ran with it.
My console setup helps me view the GBPUSD in a great many views, Chaos Unlimited is not the easiest idea to grasp, nor is it the easiest way to manually trade. However once fully mastered it's accuracy is extremely high. Understanding this I realize now that one must have an edge to profit trading the forex markets. It's impossible to do so without either better/faster information, or a new way to perceive the market. So since i'm just a small fish I can't get better/faster information.. the only thing I can do is to find and master a perception that which allows me to capture some pips.
My intention is to further prove this method on a day to day basis via this journal.

Wooo what a fun and interesting evening it was tonight. I scalped here and there, not much movement. half a pip here, 1 pip there.. Other then that nothing.. but then whamo I scored a good 15 pips in about 3 or 4 minutes. Lovely, tonights trading brought on a solid 2.23% return.
