  • How quickly will my account be setup after I subscribe?

    Your account will be setup within 12 hours at the maximum.
     

  • Does the MT4 plaform or VPS account support unlimited EA's?

    Absolutely, because we offer unlimited RAM usage we can then support unlimited EA's on the one MT4 platform. Most other VPS providers have capped RAM amounts which means that you are very limited in the amount of EA's and MT4 platforms you can use. This means that our servers are far more versatile to accommodate your needs.
     

  • Do you have a 30 day moneyback gaurantee?

    Yes, if at any time during the first 30 days of hosting service you are unsatisfied and wish to cancel we will refund you in full.
     

  • Can I have my Metatrader4 Broker Platform pre-installed?

    Definitely! Part of our subscribing process is that we ask the client to let us know what Broker they will be using and we will pre-install it for you them. At any time the client can wish to change the broker as well and we would make that change immediately.
     

  • Can OmegaSupreme install my EA's for me?

    Absolutely, if you would prefer that we install the Expert Adviser (EA) or indicators files for you we can do so for no charge as part of our world class support.
     

  • Can I use any Metatrader4 Broker Platform?

    Absolutely we support all Metatrader 4 Broker platforms.
     

  • Can I pay in any currency?

    You can currently pay in USD, CAD and EUR using PayPal as our payment processor.
